It's been a hot minute since the business has been online. I've done some small events here and there but nothing major for the last year. For those who don't know, I had been in ongoing treatment for my C-PTSD as a result to not one, not two, but three traumatic experiences that took place in 2023. Court dates, therapy appointments, medications, and all the craziness in between really took away valuable time and energy that could've been used on creation and art. But that was my needed path for 2024.

Thankfully, with all this time passing - I'm nearly done with everything that was an obstacle to keeping my creative schedule going. Plus I now have a new mainland place of shipping operations in Cobalt, ON - I love it there not only because it's so so close to the Post Office, but it's also a place shared with the love of my life and our fur babies.

I could go on and on but overall want to keep this introduction short and to the point. I'm super excited to be back since I've made some new investments and learned a few new and cool techniques. With our brand new site, I've repaired all the funny glitches we used to have and hopefully made this site seamless for use. I've got a decent stack of projects coming up this year and I've been ready to dive back into the other love of my life - my art and creation. Plus I've got my daughter Arya who is going to be uploading some of her art here this summer as well (she's a sketch and painting artist), she's super cute and sweet so I just have to recommend her work. Overall, great things and times are coming for Odemin's.

I'll be making a more in-depth introductory blog at the start of April, but for now - I really want to focus on building up stock for the store and then doubling back for the blog. Chi-miigwetch for all your support!
