I founded Odemins Creeations with the goal of supporting my daughter and she keeps me quite busy each and everyday but that doesn't mean as a business I can't support my customers with fairness, love and good shopping experience. I do business with nothing but my best efforts for I know that better service equals loyal customers that will come back to continue giving me their support. I live on a pretty isolated reserve in Northern Ontario. We are situated on an island on Lake Temagami, so we're constantly surrounded by water. Shipping days are various but on minimum once a week, and I'll be sure to keep in contact with you, my customer to keep you updated on when it will be shipped. I offer ONLY tracked shipping through Canada Post due to prior severe issue with letter/basic shipping. As a business owner, it is my priority to get you the item you order within a healthy timeframe so I had to make the decision to only allow tracked shipping. Plus both you and I need not to stress when we use tracking for we can see it on its way to your home. Furthermore, upon sending receipt of ANY shipment, it is no longer in my hands and I cannot be held responsible for it, this will now fall onto Canada Post.
Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer any sort of returns, refunds or exchanges. We sell all items as completely new pieces, never worn by anyone else. It's completely for hygienic reasoning and customer's health and safety that we cannot allow any of these to be available to our customers. Especially during the times of this pandemic.
